La tomaia è in pelle bovina pieno fiore: 90% cuoio di bovino e 10% poliuretano. È il materiale che distingue questo modello dalle Wally in tessuto della stessa famiglia, con una struttura più solida e un aspetto adatto all'uso invernale.
Il taglio è mid, sopra la caviglia. Sotto c'è la suola GripR in gomma con battistrada, più aggressiva di quella flessibile delle Wally basse: è la ragione del nome del modello e serve alla presa sui fondi scivolosi. I lacci sono elastici e il sistema easy-on permette di infilare la scarpa senza slacciare. Il sottopiede in schiuma è removibile. Hey Dude la dichiara travel ready.
