Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.

How to exercise withdrawal

1. Digital withdrawal function (recommended): access the "My Orders" area and click the "Withdraw from the contract here" button, or fill in the online withdrawal form. You will receive an automatic email receipt with date and time (art. 54-bis Italian Consumer Code).
2. Email: send an explicit declaration to logistics@naturalshoes.it indicating your details, order number and the goods you wish to return.

Return shipping costs

Returns are free. Return shipping costs are borne by Natural Shoes S.R.L. You will receive instructions for free courier shipping.

Return conditions

• Products must be returned intact, not used beyond what is necessary to verify them.
• Tags, labels and original packaging must be kept.
• The return must be made within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.

Refund

Once the goods are received and verified, the refund is issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Natural Shoes S.R.L. may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

Exclusions

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, withdrawal does not apply, among others, to sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened, and to custom-made products. For standard footwear, withdrawal applies normally.

Legal warranty of conformity (24 months)

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity (articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). In case of a defect of conformity, contact logistics@naturalshoes.it.
